Nicola Chard, the Managing Director of B-Legal, is pleased to announce the arrival of Alison Whistler who joins the firm of solicitors as Director of Family Law. Alison, who previously headed up the Family Department at Colemans Solicitors in Maidenhead, has over 15 years of experience in dealing with Divorce and related children and financial issues. She also becomes Marlow’s first Collaborative Lawyer. Collaborative Law is an exciting new approach to Family Law with the main emphasis on resolving legal disputes quickly and amicably by way of a number of meetings rather than costly court proceedings. “Clients just feel the whole idea of Collaborative law makes sense” says Alison “and I’m looking forward to introducing this new approach to Marlow and the surrounding community”.

Alison’s arrival at B-Legal follows the appointment of Fareed Kazi in the Wills and Probate department in May and Dharmesh Bhula’s appointment as Director of Litigation and Employment heralding the company’s growth to accommodate the full range of B-Legal’s clients’ legal requirements.

Save money on your utilities and on your shopping at M&S,

Sainsburys, Asda etc - with Sue Hill of Utility Warehouse

Sue is a local Mum who was looking for a new career after coming out of the I.T. industry due to having a baby in 2002. Sue started The Pet Nanny which is a successful local pet sitting company and soon after joined The Utility Warehouse to bring another income stream. One of the things Sue loves about the Utility Warehouse is that every home and small business in the UK is a potential customer for her and she enjoys showing people how to save money on items that are a non-discretionary spend i.e. they have to have utility services.
