New Bucks Skills Brokerage project – training vouchers available

Posted on May 9th, 2017

traiing-voucher-2017-05The new Bucks Skills Brokerage project, which provides a service exclusively for SME’s. We are funded by the Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund, so we are therefore able to provide training vouchers to the value of £150, redeemable against the cost of any type of training or coaching. As a Coach/Consultant this may be of benefit for you to know about, as a possible incentive for your current or potential clients.

Our online diagnostic tool will identify and analyse any skills gaps and training needs. We will then meet with the SME and source suitable training and development opportunities and provide recommendations. We can offer an additional £50 training voucher (so, in total £200 worth of vouchers) for the first 100 companies.

Eligible companies will be an SME [249 FTE or less] and have received less than €200,000 in State Aid over the last three years. It is one voucher per company. Businesses that have already considered applying for a training course may still be able to take advantage of the voucher.

If you would like to experience the skills diagnostic tool, please go to the following link and complete the report: https://bbf.uk.com/news/increase-productivity-and-confidence-with-workplace-training-vouchers

The online diagnostic tool for SMEs can be found at www.bbf.uk.com/virtual-adviser. The virtual adviser does require data of company figures and therefore the person completing it would need access to a financial overview.

Please see attached our flyer and process flowchart to provide an overview of how it works, as well as a sample report for both yourselves and any of your clients.

We would be interested in working in partnership with you and keen to meet in order to discuss this opportunity in more depth.
